		2010 Government Payments and Document Processing Study Despite all the hype about the electronification of government payment and document processes, the results of a survey by The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI) and International Accounts Payable Professionals (IAPP) finds that state, county and municipal government operations in the United States are still dealing with lots of paper. But the survey also found that government users have largely been able to control their operations costs by reengineering business processes and deploying technologies such as imaging and data capture.
